The files module of the ERES 2.0 allows notifications to be sent to the interested parties of the files through two channels depending on the type of interested party:
- Integration with e-NOTUM: to send communications/notifications to natural persons and companies (not public administrations).
- Integration with generic transmission of EACAT: to send communications/notifications to Catalan public administrations.
Below is the process to follow to send the notification or transmission in each case:
Create an exit record from the pdf document of the file to be notified/sent.
Define the way of presentation of the document (e-NOTUM in the case of notification or communication to an interested party not a public administration or EACAT OVER in the case of transmission to a public administration adhering to EACAT).
An output log will be created:
Once created, you need to update the file tray in order to show the document under notification:
From this select the document to send and the corresponding action:
1. Send electronic communication (via e-NOTUM)
2. Send electronic notification (via e-NOTUM)
Note: For this option, other documents from the file can be additionally added as attachments to the notification before sending the notification/communication, through the option below:
